PACKAGES

Nexperia Suffixes

Nexperia part numbers have an additional suffix letter or code not included in the ordering information displayed on the datasheet (ex - 2N7002P,215 or PESD1IVN27-AX). These part number endings define a part's packaging type. The root part number contains the complete manufacturer's part number listed on tti.com for ordering.

Please refer to the Packing Letter Codes document to translate Nexperia's detailed packing information for parts.

The document above defines the part endings. The 3NC column contains 3-digit codes and the Packing Letter column contains letter codes are located. A «Packing Type Description» along with a «Short Packing Type Description», details the part information. For part numbers ending with a Packing Letter, refer to the Tech Specifications table at the bottom of the part details page.

For example,

  • the 3NC code: ,215 is defined as a pack type of: REEL 7« Q3/T4 *STANDARD MARK SMD LOW PROFILE
  • The Packing Letter code: X has a pack type definition of: REEL 13» Q1/T1 *STANDARD MARK SMD DP

There is an exception to this rule for part numbers with the suffix letter code Z. The Packing Letter Codes document lists multiple 3NC code options. To determine which option applies, refer to the last 3 digits of the 12NC number, a 12-digit number (no letters) listed at the bottom row of the part details page in the «Tech Specifications» table under «Part Alias #».

For example, the part number PMPB10XNEZ has a 12NC number of 934066863184. The last 3 digits, 184 is the 3NC code for this part, which calls out a pack type of: REEL 7« Q1/T1 *STANDARD MARK SMD
