+Nexperia part numbers have an additional suffix letter or code not included in the ordering information displayed on the datasheet (ex - ''2N7002P,215'' or ''PESD1IVN27-AX''). These part number endings define a part's packaging type. The root part number contains the complete manufacturer's part number listed on tti.com for ordering.
